To All Marathon Sponsors

In May 2016 Hands That Talk borrowed finances to purchase 116 Main Street, Dungiven.

This is the first and only ‘Deaf owned’ premises in Northern Ireland, a fact we are exceptionally proud of!

To help us pay off our loan, Niall Quinn has kindly agreed to run the Dublin marathon on Sun 30th Oct ’16, as a fundraiser for Hands That Talk.

Any business/group/individual who sponsors £200 or more towards our Dublin marathon run will have their name/business permanently displayed in Hands That Talk and also advertised on our website.
The Trustees of Hands That Talk ask that you please sponsor our marathon run. We look forward to a positive response and thank you in advance for your support.

Signing Choir

Our Signing Choir has approximately twenty members who are either profoundly deaf, have hearing loss or are hearing with Sign Language skills.

They perform in many places including churches, concert halls, open-air venues etc. The choir is very popular and is always booked up for performances, especially coming up to Christmas time. In 2014 they reached the final of the North West Talent competition. New members are welcome.
