Hello all,

Due to the Covid19 crisis HTT have been in discussions with the WHSCT over the last few weeks regarding the VRI (Video Remote Interpreting).

Our VRI has been available since Friday 10th April.

However, we cannot use our VRI service yet. We are waiting for the WHSCT to allow us to use this service.

HTT are very concerned about the delay by the WHSCT in responding to us using our VRI service.

The Trust have asked us to cost VRI Service and we are still waiting for the necessary information to enable us to do this costing!!
